Cracked Black Pepper & Pecorino - Italy

Finely shredded Pecorino Romano throughout the dough. Coarsely ground black pepper baked in and finished on top. A touch of kosher salt to tie it together.

This one has an edge to it; the kind that pairs with something equally strong, or holds its own as the main event. Think Cacio e Pepe in cracker form.

Pairs well with: salami, strong aged cheeses, bold red wines, pâté.
