This is the cracker in its purest form. A live-culture sourdough base — made with discard from the Bettys — rolled thin, baked until golden, and finished with just enough flaky sea salt to make it worth reaching for again.

No bells. No distractions. Just a well-made cracker that proves real fermentation makes the difference.

Pairs well with: soft cheeses, charcuterie boards, or nothing at all.
